Brian Sands

I was born and raised in Charleston, SC and currently live on Folly Beach, SC - The Edge of America, as we locals like to call it.  The 'Edge' aspect isn't just that our island juts out into the Atlantic, but because Folly Beach is...funky, different and odd.  We (most of us anyway) embrace this distinction and work hard to preserve it.  I am a chef by trade, but have held a variety of jobs - a master of none, but a jack of all?

Just getting started on HubPages and will add more to my bio later.  For now, I want to figure out how this thing works!
